ALİ ASLAN

Born in 1967, based in Ankara, Turkey. Since 1993, he was one of the owners of (with his brother) Kardelen Art Gallery until year 2005. Meanwhile (in his Kardelen Art Gallery years), he was affected by a wide range of work of arts and with these affections at the same time, he started on with amateur photography. Also, his impressions and affections with wide variety of sculptures, iconography and archeological works served to make his fusion with his passion he already has: photography. With these affections and fusion, he made several digital artworks started on 2007, until very present day. His artworks based on Ancient Greek and Ancient Rome sculpture, iconography and archeological motives with a digital and modern take. Also, he has several exhibitions (both solo and group exhibitions) and he continues to make his artworks to the present day.
